Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not offered at this time. We'll update this page as we expand.
Shipping costs
- Flat rate standard shipping: $9.95 AUD per order.
- Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $120 AUD.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
Estimated delivery time
Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metropolitan addresses usually receive orders sooner; regional and remote addresses may take longer.
Who delivers
We use trusted Australian delivery partners, which may include Australia Post or courier services depending on the order and delivery location.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery from our door to yours.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Authority to leave
If you select or authorise a safe drop / authority to leave at checkout, CMJB Inc is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage after the parcel has been marked as delivered, unless required by law.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@cmjbinc.com with your order number. We'll work with the delivery provider to investigate. Replacements cannot be guaranteed until the investigation is complete.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please get in touch as soon as possible. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.
