Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Australia, with international shipping available to most countries. Free domestic shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
How long does shipping take?
Australian orders: 2–5 business days. International orders: 7–14 business days. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Email hello@cmjbinc.com to start a return.
Can I use NÓS by myself, without a partner?
NÓS is designed for couples, but the prompts also work as solo reflection material. Some customers gift it to themselves first and use it later.
Is NUA suitable for someone new to journalling?
Yes. NUA is designed to meet you wherever you are — no journalling experience required. Each prompt is structured so you can start small.
Are these products a replacement for therapy?
No. Our tools are designed to complement personal growth and relational work, but they are not a replacement for professional support. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a qualified therapist or your local mental-health support
service.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — there's a gift wrapping option at checkout for $5 AUD. We also include a hand-written note option.
