Refund policy

We want you to feel confident with every CMJB order. If something isn't right — or if you simply change your mind within 30 days — here's how returns and refunds work.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy — including a refund, replacement, repair, or store credit — for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described. The information below sits alongside those rights.

Change-of-mind returns

If you've changed your mind, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened where applicable
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost.

Items we can't accept for change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns only, the following items are not eligible:

  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom products
  • Opened card decks
  • Opened printed products
  • Sale or clearance items

If any of these items arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply — please contact us.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cmjbinc.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

We'll assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy — a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit — based on the situation and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, CMJB Inc will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items.

Restocking fee

We don't charge a restocking fee. Approved returns are refunded in full to your original payment method.

Refund processing

Once we've received and inspected your approved return, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary after that point.

Digital products

Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, unless required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if the digital product is faulty or not as described).

Starting a return

To start a return, please email us at hello@cmjbinc.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We'll confirm next steps, including where to send the item.
